Tin plate wind up car in really good condition. It has to be from the 20s or 30s. I have owned it for 75 years, and it only was used on Christmas. no rust paint is next to perfect,one very small dent on roof top to front of car bot much at all. no name as to who made it but you collectors will know i sure. Yes the wind up mechanism works fine. I think it was made in Germany
