Not only is this wind-up tin toy quite rare, but the lil bugger is quite cute. It is in 100% original condition with no replacement or missing parts. His colors are bold and bright and he has very minimal wear consistent with age. It is beautifully lithographed with a lot of detail. Honestly, this is the only one of these I've seen. I'm not sure who made it or where it was made. It is marked foreign on his right side by his back leg on his body. Other than that there are no defining markers. I do believe he is German but I may be wrong. When you wind the little guy up his legs rotate and he jumps forward. Also, when his legs rotate they hit the underside of his wings which make them move. His measurements are approximately 6in L× 4 1/2in W× 2in H. This would be a perfect addition to any tin toy collector or bug lover. I'm always willing to work with people, make good deals, and combine shipping. But please don't take advantage of me. Normally when someone has a "make an offer" button they wont go less than $5 or wont go under their listed price at all. That's not me. Please be fair with me and I'll be fair with you.
